What’s included:

  • 30-minute initial video consultation to assess your child’s sleep patterns, challenges, and goals

  • 2 weeks of concierge text support, so you’re never navigating this alone

  • Guaranteed responses within 2 hours between 8:00 AM–10:00 PM for ongoing guidance, troubleshooting, and reassurance

This is not a rigid sleep training program. It’s a supportive, responsive partnership where you get expert guidance in real time—because sleep is dynamic, and so is your child.
