We approach sleep from all angles—because most sleep challenges are a combination of sensory and behavioral factors (and ruling out any medical or nutritional needs).

As a pediatric occupational therapist, Lindsey focuses on sensory integration and nervous system regulation to support each child’s readiness for sleep. When a child is dysregulated, sleep onset and maintenance can be impacted.

As a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst, Ashley provides structured behavioral strategies to build consistency, routine, and follow-through over time.

Together, this allows us to address the root of the issue while giving families practical tools to support healthy, independent sleep patterns.
